Inclusive Leadership and Organizational Culture Assessment and Report

Our Inclusive Leadership and Organizational Culture Assessment is delivered to staff, management and leadership with the purpose of collecting data regarding the experiences inside the organization.  It includes quantitative data amassed via our survey and qualitative data produced from interviews with members of the organization.   All participants will remain anonymous.  That data is then analyzed and synthesized into a report that will give leadership a clear understanding of the organization’s current state as it relates to Leadership and Organizational Culture, including strengths and areas in need of growth.
